He argued economic prosperity could be achieved from the public-private partnership. Stating that the government has been carrying out activities to create investment-friendly environment, the Tourism Minister pointed out the need of adequate physical infrastructures to attract maximum tourists.

The government has been supporting the private sector for the construction of tourism infrastructures, he reminded. Similarly, President of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Chandra Dhakal, said he had given priority to investment and employment generation in the country and continuously involving for the same.

Investment in tourism and hydropower sector would steer the country to the path of prosperity, he opined. FNCCI President Dhakal established the Ila Comfort at a cost of Rs 300 million.
